Aspen Grille celebrates student veterans with American Legion Auxiliary Dec. 6 and 7 - College of Health and Human SciencesStaff members of the Aspen Grille have planned a special menu to celebrate student veterans with the American Legion Auxiliary on Wednesday, Dec. 6, and Thursday, Dec. 7. Together, they’ve developed a three-course meal with the help of historic ALA cookbooks dating back to the 1940's.
